How is that possible???
- Eat a balanced diet with all the essential nutrients in the correct proportion
- Control calorie intake and check on weight
- Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes or walk up stairs rather than on lift or escalator
- Reduce fast food consumption and go for the freshly cooked ones
- Try out new dishes and know your limit
- Regularly check on Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Never demotivate yourself if things don't turn out to what you expect...there should be something that went wrong...try to figure it out or just move on without stressing yourself
- Be content and happy with whatever you are given
- Stop smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks
- Eat at a specific time
- Stay positive and handle everything calmly
- Spend time with your loved ones
- Meditate
- Never do things in a hurry
With that, surely healthy life is not impossible...
